Hey, it's Lilla here, a versatile experience designer with a background spanning industrial, service, and digital experience design. My design approach is rooted in Design Thinking and is just as diverse as my experience, mindset and personality. Currently, I'm deeply invested in Inclusive Design and Futures Thinking. I like to challenge norms and explore alternative futures in a playful and visually satisfying manner.
As a designer, I create future-facing design solutions and immersive experiences that consider diverse audiences with different needs and capabilities. My latest project, the DUID framework, empowers other designers to do the same. My design practice is not always linear and is fueled by inspiration gathered from various realms such as emerging technology, behavioral psychology, fiction, and nature.
I facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions that foster creativity, innovation, and problem-solving through Design Thinking and user-centered methodologies. Through co-creation, design provocation, and discussions, I guide teams in uncovering insights and exploring solutions that drive meaningful change. At Holis service design camp, my team built resilience for the Hungarian NGO, NoBadKid. In Latvia, I tested the 'DCTDT' toolkit to enhance creative thinking in adolescents before career choices.
I'm a strong advocate of mixed-method User Research, combining desk and field research to ensure I can see a challenge from all angles. I dissect insights to create visual representations of user needs and motivations, informing design decisions and driving the development of holistic solutions. I applied inclusive design and research methodologies from the Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design, for social innovation projects like Pleasure Hunt.
